Weakness: Myopathy causes muscle weakness and easy tiring. Fatigue comes from working muscles hard despite their weakness. Speak to your doctor about possible treatments and management approaches.

Absolutely: Myopathy is a problem with the muscles--be it the heart (cardiomyopathy) or the motor muscles (general myopathy). Depends on reason as how best to treat and reduce symptoms of fatigue and weakness (/lethargy).
