Is it necessary to take 4th and 5th dose of anti rabies post exposure vaccine when the dog is healthy after 10 days of bite ?

Why not?: If you have already received three of the five rabies vaccines and rabies immune globulin, why not finish the series? Then you will have long term significant protection--never having to worry about rabies again, except for an occasional rabies booster vaccine if your protective titer drops after two years!
