Talk to provider: This is a supplement, not an fda regulated substance so much is unknown. It is supposed to come from cow liver fat & rarely some supplements can be contaminated. Yet it may be perfectly safe as a 'natural anti-histamine'. But the point is, in pregnancy always turn to your care provider to keep you & baby safe, not a column. Wise question.
