Fascinating.dont kno: Modified HIV injected into a leukemia patients t cells have been found to 'cure' the leukemia in some patients. We have no idea about the ling term consequences of this procedure, whether or not the cancer will come back with a vengeance, or whether these genetically modified HIV cells will start killing healthy cells. Fascinating stuff. Scary stuff.
