Yes: There is a condition called gstroparesis where by the gastrointestinal loops are not making the right movement ( peristalsis ) as result the transition time of food is delayed . This will cause pain , nausea , vomiting , loss of apatite and weight loss

Shouldn't: But doabetes can cause the stomach to be lazy at times so if you have this problem it should be checked out by your doctor.

Yes long standing : Diabetics may develop autonomic nerve degeneration , resulting in gastric troubles , emptying problems , bloating dissension etc.
