Possibly: Some women with a lot of labial irritation from a yeast infection can find the yeast cream actually causes more itching. If that is the reason it should get better after a day or so. If it gets no better then it's possible a woman is having an irritation reaction to something in the cream. Some women find a cold or ice pack to the labia calms the burning for a time.
