Prescription Rx: Acne on the trunk usually doesn't respond fully to topical benzoyl peroxide, and usually requires a systemic rx at least for a short time. Tetracycline 500 2x/day may clear you, or if you're a "she" the oral contraceptive pill may be right for you.
