Post op Care: The doctors here will defer to your surgeon on this one. There should have been a set of post operative instructions given you when you left the surgery center. If this was not included your surgeon will have the right answer for you.

When Wound sealed : As soon as your incision line is sealed and no scabs are present. Usually in 3-4 weeks this occurs.

4-6 weeks: I will let patients enter a pool once the knee incision is healed. Walking in water can be helpful. Swimming can be started once the pain allows. This is usually around 6 weeks.
