Whoa: Did you physically injure your penis by doing something wild and crazy? Doing the normal self-entertianment stuff won't do this. If you have lost sensation, you may have damaged a nerve. You need to get with your primary care physician and then a urologist. If you have lost your erectile function and don't knowwhy, you need a health screen for prolactinoma, heomchromatosis, other illnesses.

See Urologist: Why would you take a "wait and see" approach to this problem? You need examined by a urologist who can diagnose problem and recommend treatment options, hopefully prior to it becoming permanent--if at risk for that. Get seen.
