Yes: There are many subtypes of hpv. The hpv vaccine guards against the four most common types associated with disease such as warts & cervical lesions that can progress to cancer. It would be unusual for a woman to be carrying all four of these types (types 6, 11, 16 & 18). If carrying 1 of these, the vaccine would protect against the other 3.

Yes: You may be infected by one geno type , there are 3 more types that cause gentle hpv viruses.
