A pain syndrome.: A very small percentage of women will experience a pain syndrome after having a uterine ablation. It is not dangerous but can be very painful. Many women have pain with intercourse. Many women will require hysterectomy to treat this syndrome.

Unlikely: Based on the procedures you've described, pregnancy would be very unlikely. I'm assuming that the tubal ligation was on both sides.
