None: There really aren't any physiological changes that occur with becoming sexually active. When women have sex, they can have post-coital sensations, of fullness, of tenderness. But other than immediate post-coital sensations, there really aren't any other physical changes. Of course, emotionally there are a lot of changes, different for every women, of course, and depending on quality of experien.
