A member asked:

Does hpv affect men sperm?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No.: Sperm are created in the testicles and travel through the vas deferens (a tube) to ultimately exit the body at the end of the penis. The human papillomavirus does not impact sperm production or transport. It might be possible for a wart or a tumor (potentially caused by hpv) to impede ejaculation at the distal penis, thereby impeding the exit of sperm, but the sperm themselves would be the same.
