Can be: Jet lag results when your body clock is out of synch with your current time zone. Symptoms include fatigue, headache, sometimes nausea. Feeling a little "fuzzy" could be expected.

Potentially: Jet lag symptoms: Fatigue or sleepiness, decreased concentration, moodiness, irritability, confusion, anxiety, sweating, dizziness,GI changes (diarrhea, nausea or constipation), headache, sense of not being well & sleep disturbance (insomnia or early morning waking).
