rids some poop: Yeah, this was a popular idea in ancient egypt, but was disproved decades ago. You will get rid of some stool. No one ever measured "toxins" supposedly removed before and after the rx to see if it worked. Pt of mine insisted on high colonics as bowel prep for colonoscopy-failed; had redo the prep and the procedure. Empty bowel may look flatter, maybe you feel better, but not detoxed.
