What do you mean ?: What do you mean by breast fetish? Some men (and women) like breasts. Some like them a lot. Some like small breasts, some like big breasts. Unless he is exhibiting socially undesirable behavior associated with his "breast admiration", i don't think its fair or accurate to call him sick.
