Yes: Suphedrine pe contains the decongestant phenylephrine to decrease nasal congestion. It is fine to use phenylephrine with Cetirizine but avoid combining with zyrtec d (already had a decongestant). Monitor blood pressure while on decongestants if a person has hypertension.
