Dont dislodge clot: Do not rinse for the first 24 hours, after that rinse gently and never dislogde the blood clot. Follow the instructions of your dentist to the letter to avoid "dry socket".

Not usually: Normally you don't need to flush out the hole after wisdom tooth extraction. Just avoid certain foods and follow your dentist's instructions. That should help you avoid dry socket. That really hurts.
