Carpal tunnel: Symptoms can feel worse form many activiteis but that is what one needs to find out. And if you dont ry you wont learn, if an activity makes one feel worse then it is someohtg that should be limited. But you may be fine, you may not be , there is not a set answer that applies to all especially in the context of this internet site.

Yes: If you have carpal tunnel, you generally should try to avoid activities that tend to make it worse. The steady grip of holding a racquet can make carpal tunnel symptoms worse, but not always. Try icing your wrist down after you play to minimize swelling.
