Possibilities: It's very hard to say without an exam, and more history, but if nothing else has changed in your life/routine - it's possible that you may have an ovarian cyst that is larger than usual and causing the cramping, and the discharge can come from a number of causes, most common would be a pH disturbance causing a yeast or bacterial vaginosis infection. Sexually transmited infections are poss.,
