If you need it, take it. There is no significant interaction between vitamin B12, Amlodipine, and clonidine.

You should be fine: One dose of a blood pressure medication is not likely to cause a problem, even if you don't have high blood pressure. However, if you are taking other medications it would be a good idea to call your physician to make sure that the blood pressure medication does not interact with your other medications.
