Oxygen: Sob can be caused by many medical issue including heart and lung, and kidney, but sob with normal o2 levels is generally achieved by exertion.

See below...: Shortness of breath and oxygen level aren't always related. You oxygen can be low without being short of breath and you can be short of breath with a normal oxygen level.
