Depends...: ....On the "flavor" of the lymphoma. Patients with stage IV low grade lymphomas may do well for years without treatment whereas a stage IV aggressive lymphoma has a more variable course.

Many good treatments: You should go and see a Medical oncologist. They can treat you with chemotherapy which works very well and can often cure this disease. But avoid delays in getting to a good Oncologist or to a major Cancer center where you can find specialists for treating Lymphoma.
