Possibly: Being on thinners will increase the time it takes to stop bleeding. As the endometrium is shed there is usually some amount of active bleeding also. This bleeding will be prolonged and it is possible that this fresh blood will be seen during the menses. However, it is always advisable to speak with your gyn about any changes you note in your menses.
