Off-loading: Depending on "when" they burn (while you're on your feet, when not on your feet, at night, in certain positions, using certain shoes or barefoot), off-loading could possibly help, or medications if there is a medical history of nerve entrapment or compromise. The best way is to find the cause of the burning pain. Good luck.
