Probably nothing: This doesn't sound too concerning. The urine usually is rather warm, and it might feel warmer than usual in certain circumstances, but this should have no adverse consequences.

Depends on body temp: Urine temp is related to your body temp, nothing will happen as urine is warm(hot) to touch as it comes out of your body.And as long as you feel alright without any symptoms and fever nothing will happen to you if you feel the urine hot.
