Why would gatorade cause diarrhea?

Normally shouldnt: In kids occasionally, or if you already have underlying GI symptoms, the sugars in gatorade can act as an osmotic force bringing water into intestines leading to diarrhea. Normally this should not occur. If it continues, see your primary.
