Frustrating: I hear your frustration. Sometimes you're rejected for things that you can't control: your age, education, experience, wrong skill set for the job. Sometimes there are too many people applying - not your fault! be sure you're putting your best foot forward: wear a suit, shined shoes, conservative hair style. And keep trying! there's a job out there for you...Just need to find it! good luck.

Frustrating: I am sorry. I realize that must be frustrating. Dont let the close mindedness of a few affect who you are as a person. You will find the right place to be despite these frustrations and when you do, and your happy about your place, you'll be thankful about it. I am thankful for dating rejections which eventually led me to my wife, same idea! know your value, seek counseling if you get too down.

Change what they see: It's not you, but your resume they are rejecting. Consult with someone about beefing up your resume so that it emphasizes your qualities and deemphasizing areas that may cause early rejection.

Ask a friend: And your therapist; sometimes surprising data appears. Habits (smoking?), smells, looks, tone of voice, lack of empathy, etc can all affect other people perception of you. People also expect complimets and praise. Do you talk too much? How much you strive to adjust to the local phylosophy and traditions? Sometimes, a videotape of yourself in situations can help a lot. See a psychiatrist, it will he.
