Get it checked: by having it looked at under a microscope. It could be a sign of a vaginal infection or sexually transmitted disease (STD). On the other hand, if you do not have other symptoms such as vaginal itching or burning and you have not had unprotected sex than it could be part of your body's natural adjustment to giving birth and/or breast feeding.
