The Addict Brain: This is your addict brain. We now understand what happens when one get's addicted to alcohol. If you were in my office and told me this i would appreciate this is your reality. But, the health and social consequences of drinking heavily often carry a high price such as isolation, the loss of family and friends, a worry that one is the victim of unfortunate situations in life.
