If i take my birth control pill everyday same time, taking no meds, etc. should i worry about being pregnant or do i have a chance of getting pregnant?

Low chance: If you are taking your pills correctly, as it sounds like you are, your chances of becoming pregnant is very low. The purpose of reversible contraception is to maintain your ability to have kids later on. So pills are not 100% preventive, but very close if you continue to take them as directed.

Oral contraceptives: Are not 100% effective- but they markedly reduce your chance of pregnancy.
