Pregnant?: If you had intercourse and ovulated near the time of intercourse, there is always a chance you can be pregnant. Some women will ovulate if pills are missed at the "right" time or even if the pill is taken at a different time (depends on the pill). If you think you could be pregnant, you should take a urine pregnancy test.
