Depends: It would require more information to properly answer you. But, if this is a new problem, you should have your ear checked to make sure there is nothing in there. Such as ear wax. Another reason could be that you have fluid that has built up behind your ear drum because your eustachian tubes are congested. Or, you could even have TMJ causing a full feeling in your ear.
