Location?: When women describe something on their "vagina", they usually mean the area between the inner (hairless) lips/labia. Technically, this isn't your vagina, but an area called the vulva, or vulvar vestibule. A white spot could be several things, such as a wart, or other infection or std. You should see your doctor to check it out.
