LIke any contact: Itching, raised bumps, redness, occasionally blistering similar to other contact allergies. The rash may not appear until a couple of days after the contact.

Multiple: The skin reacts to contact allergy in many ways. It usually turns red, swells and it may develop blisters. It is usually itchy, but may also feel like a burning sensation. This would occur in the area of the contact only (where the betadine touched your skin).
