Dehydrated yet?: You must keep up with drinking your fluids as dehydration can easily occur at this stage in pregnancy. Forget the e.R, . A better idea is to call your OB who can check out you and the baby to be sure all is o.K and only then send you to labor & delivery at the hospital if you are not O.K.

Fever?: If you have a fever you should. If you are unable to keep up with the loss of water, you should. Diarrhea or loose stool can be common in pregnancy for a variety of reasons. So long as you can stay up with hydration and no fever you can stay home. Urine should be clear, not dark yellow, that's a simple way to tell if adequately hydrated. Feel better soon!
