Yes.: If a woman can produce an egg, expose this egg to sperm--at anytime in her menstrual cycle (even the first one!) --then pregnancy is a possibility. There are reports of pregnancy occurring even before a young woman has her first period. Almost anything is possible when it comes to pregnancy if the "basic equipment" is present and the age suggests ovulation is potential.
