Well if he : Ejaculated at some point before or after being limp ; then a limp penis remained in the vagina with a condom - this could allow for leakage of ejaculate or pre-ejaculate. If your protection is an oral contraceptive which you have taken consistently for at least a month - then the chance of pregnancy is really very low.
