Serotonin syndrome: It could land you in the hospital for serotonin syndrome. If you are considering overdosing, call 911 or go to your nearest emergwncy room! get treatment! get better! you deserve it! work with your doctor to treat whatever is going on!

Could make you sick: That is a large dose of sertraline. Likely to give you GI upset, maybe make you feel like you have the flu or could cause you to feel tired. Not likely to cause serious harm.
