Low likelihood: "pre-cum" can still have viable sperm, and touching the opening of the vagina makes the possibility of pregnancy possible, though it probably is very low.

If pre-ejaculate is: on fingers - it is possible. Most studies have shown low levels of sperm or no sperm in pre-ejaculate with sperm not being motile.
