No: Autoimmune hepatitis is inflammation of the liver caused by your own body attacking it.There is no real understanding of why people get this but it has been proposed that it can result from certain infections.Medications or having another autoimmune disease. When caused by infection(mainly hep b virus)there is small possibility of passage via a bite however it is usually via blood/body fluids.
