Exercise, meditation: Aerobic exercise, meditation/relaxation techniques, biofeed back, calming/soothing teas such as chamomile or lavender may help. Ask family/friends to help with your chores. Find time for yourself. If these fail, consult doc/psychiatrist for some therapy etc... Best of luck..

Energy techniques such as reconnection healing. Do not skip meals, limit caffeine as much as possible, decrease sugars/saturated fats and unhealthy carbs, stay on a mediterranean type diet and drink plenty of water and give your body adequate sleep.
