Exercise, meditation: Aerobic exercise, meditation/relaxation techniques, biofeed back, calming/soothing teas such as chamomile or lavender may help. Ask family/friends to help with your chores. Find time for yourself. If these fail, consult doc/psychiatrist for some therapy etc... Best of luck..

Stress removal: Are you confusing stress and anxiety/depression? None of us was born with a Prozac (fluoxetine) deficiency! it all starts with nutrition and a healthy gut to make normal neurotransmitters to helps us deal with stress. Stress is toxic relationships, bad work, finances, poor nutrition, lack of sleep - these can be changed but require effort to give up what causes the stress. Start by eating better and exercising.

A Number of Ways: Exercise, meditation, counselling, going to church/prayer or seeking spiritual renewal, staying in touch w. Friends/family who can ground you. Energy techniques such as reconnection healing. Do not skip meals, limit caffeine as much as possible, decrease sugars/saturated fats and unhealthy carbs, stay on a mediterranean type diet and drink plenty of water and give your body adequate sleep.
