Exercise, meditation: Aerobic exercise, meditation/relaxation techniques, biofeed back, calming/soothing teas such as chamomile or lavender may help. Ask family/friends to help with your chores. Find time for yourself. If these fail, consult doc/psychiatrist for some therapy etc... Best of luck..

Depends upon what the stress is induced by. Dr. Nguyen's advice is excellent, but ask yourself each time something stresses you whether you will remember it a year later. The importance of each stressor may become more apparent and help to calm you.

Stress removal: Are you confusing stress and anxiety/depression? None of us was born with a Prozac (fluoxetine) deficiency! it all starts with nutrition and a healthy gut to make normal neurotransmitters to helps us deal with stress. Stress is toxic relationships, bad work, finances, poor nutrition, lack of sleep - these can be changed but require effort to give up what causes the stress. Start by eating better and exercising.
