Yes: The articulation of the vertebrae in your neck, most notably the facet articulations, are very sensitive to improper cracking of your neck and can cause inflammation and progress arthritis faster. You can also pinch nerves, strain muscles or herniate discs if you do it too forcefully too often. Also, never crack your neck in extension, increased chance of damaging your carotid arteries.
