Dettol Wash: In general dettol liquid is safe and normally no adverse reactions occur. In rare case individuals may suffer from hypersensitivity, candidasis and vulvovaginal reactions. Extended application can result in irritation of the skin. Contact your physician immediately if any such reaction occurs.
