Management: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is indicated as suggested by your pediatrician, usually to treat fever or pain. It is important to determine the temperature prior to giving Tylenol (acetaminophen). If pain worsens or persists a work up is indicated and you should see your physician. Allegra is given to toddlers to treat allergic symptoms and chronic hives. They can be given at around the same time, but only if indicated.
