A member asked:

After my menses i am still bleeding? why?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

What's normal: Changes in menstrual bleeding can signal a hormonal imbalance (like pcos), uterine structural problems like a polyp or a fibroids, or even pregnancy. In adults, normal menstrual periods vary from about 21-35 days (counting from the beginning of 1 period to the beginning of the next), and last 7 days or less. See your doctor if this is a significant change for you.
