Should i pop a burn blister on my arm?

Sure: Though not necessary, popping the blisters can hasten recovery in my opinion. Once popped, use an antibiotic ointment to keep the wound moist and protected.

Leave blister alone: I recommend leaving blisters alone at home since they act as a biological dressing and protect the raw tissue underneath. At some point they will pop on their own and then you should apply an antibiotic ointment on the open area for several days. For large burns (larger than the palm of your hand) you should see a doctor since that may require more extensive care.
