Lortab pregnancy: No it won't keep you from getting pregnant. If you are planning to become pregnant it's best to stop the medication because it is pregnancy class 3 - it may cause risk to the baby.

No: I can't think of any reason why lortab should interfere with your ability to conceive, but i wouldn't take it if you are successful in becoming pregnant. Opioids have been shown to be teratogenic in animal studies, and have been associated with some fetal heart defects in humans if used by mom in the first trimester. Physical dependence and respiratory depression can also result in the newborn.
