Please call your OB: U want to make sure u are not having premature contractions or labor, could be something else, if you were my pot would need to to l&d to get on the monitor and to be assessed, may need ultrasound also.

Talk to OB: So it sounds like your pain is localized to the top of the uterus and you are saying that it if eels like the uterus itself. Assuming a normal pregnancy, this could be a localized contraction in the uterine wall, or related to fetal position. It would be worth running this by your OB and make sure they don't want you to be seen. Also, pay attention to fetal movement which should be predictable.
