It's a benign : Cutaneous lesion of capillaries, generally unworthy of further investigation. Very rare and easy to be misdiagnosed. Biopsy sometimes necessary. Diffuse angiokeratomas should alert physician to conditions like fabry disease, a rare genetic disorder.

Reddish skin lesions: Angiokeratomas are benign, discrete pink/red/bluish lesions causing small spots on the skin (common on scrotum), that also form some build up of skin epithelial cells on top (hyper keratosis). They are actually made up of capillaries, which are the tiniest blood vessels in the skin and other areas of the body. They are benign and don't require any treatment.
